McDowall Southland would like to thank you, our valued customer for your support over the past year with a special promotion. This year we have introduced a loyalty reward programme. This programme is designed to encourage and reward clients who utilise McDowall Southland services.

Our loyalty reward programme offers the opportunity for a cash rebate based on your yearly expenditure over and above your threshold.

This increased expenditure may be as a result of increased production, farm development or use of additional services.
  • General Cartage
  • Livestock Cartage
  • Spreading
  • Cultivation, Grass Harvesting
  • Digger Services – from McDowall Excavating
For Livestock cartage to Freezing Works, your spend will be credited with your schedule rate to your nearest works. Freezing Works cartage from the previous year has not been included in your threshold.

Customer Rebate Application Form
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to McDowall Southland's Cash Rebate Reward.
  • This reward is only available to McDowall Southland Clients only.
  • Offer valid for the year of 1st July 08 to 30th June 09.
  • Rebate will be rewarded when customers spend over and above there threshold.
  • Threshold is measured at 06-07 years total spend per customer account.
  • Rebate will be calculated on 30-06-09, where percentage of rebate is based on spending increases at a rate of 10%.
  • Transactions that are overdue by 30 days or more will not count towards the rebate.
  • Service spending includes; McDowall Southland Livestock direct, Bulk Cartage, Spreading, Agriculture, Grass Harvesting. McDowall Freight Invercargill to Winton daily schedule only. All McDowall Excavating services.
  • Reward doesn’t include purchase of goods and supplies such a wood, coal, agricultural finished product, inoculants, gravel/rock, fuel, drainage supplies and others.
  • Killing stock cartage will be credited to your rebate calculation based on the value of the cartage to your nearest works.
  • Rebate will be direct credited to client bank account on 31-07-08 or will be made available as a credit on your account.
